The pieces are smaller than the average treat which is nice for older cats (because of teeth problems) or younger cats (choking problems) so it’s actually a lot safer for them. It was fresh, and crunchy (I could hear my cat crunching, I didn’t really try them myself) and he seemed to really enjoy them. I think he really appreciated the smaller size because I see him struggling with the larger sized treats. Hope they come out with different flavors (chicken and spinach or chicken and carrot)
